Shipping Questions

Order Processing

Once your payment is verified, we process your order within 24 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays. If you place an order after 11 am PT on a Friday, it will likely ship the following Monday.

Our Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can get a store credit or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.

  • To start a return, simply email us at support@websongill.com.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email and process your refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Shipping a Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us at support@websongill.com.

Gifts

  • If your item was a gift, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the person who made the original purchase.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know if your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to post can vary by bank.

Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account and then contacting your credit card company and bank, as there can be a processing period. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us directly at support@websongill.com.
