I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

Occasionally we ship products in separate packages for logistical reasons. If you are missing an item, double check your tracking information. If you still require help to locate your item feel free to reach out to our fountain pen support team by emailing support@websongill.com.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Please contact our support team right away and we can ship you a new item. Please email us at support@websongill.com.

Can I return my product?

We aim to ensure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Where do you ship?

We ship to continental United States and Canada.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the United States will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
